- What range of prints do you have available?

On the website you can select between:

Prints: The image will be printed to on Lustre Kodak Supra Endura digital paper, which is a professional surface (neither glossy or matt) with a slight texture that reduces the amount of fingerprints that show on the finished image. Each print is guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Canvas Mounted Prints: This is a bright white canvas composed of 35% cotton with a 65% polyester blend giving it a uniform high sheen finish. It is ideal for art decor and fine art reproduction, indoor signage, backdrops and murals. It has superior colour brilliance and image definition. The wraps will be mirror imaged so that the wrapped area is part of your finished product.

Acrylic Prints: Acrylic Face Mounting is the process of mounting acrylic to the front of a photographic print. This process protects the print against dirt and scratching, while increasing colour brilliance, intensity and saturation. Comes with the hanging option of split batons.

Wall Art Mount Prints: Made from a lightweight polyurethane foam Artmount is very light weight with the lustre print bound to the foam. A great less expensive option compared to canvas or framed prints with hanging extremely easy. Not recommended for use in areas subject to direct sunlight.

Through our printing lab we have a large number of different options available. If you are after a specific look or size please feel free to contact us and we can give you a quote.

- Why do some photographers have only smaller sizes available to order?

To ensure the prints are printed to the highest quality we keep the resolution to a certain threshold. Occasionally the size of the photographs provided to us from the photographers only allows enlargement to a certain size. If you require a larger size than listed please contact us.

- How do I care for my print?

Enlarged prints will arrive to you in a tube. We recommend that large sized prints not be taken out of the tube but taken to a framer so as not do damage the print. Art Mount Prints should not be hung in direct sunlight as this can cause the foam to expand. Also great care should be taken with the print mounted to the foam.

- Do you offer framing for the prints?

Currently we do not offer framing of the prints due to the high chance of damage during transport and high costs associated with shipping. The canvas prints will be mounted and stretched ready to hang. Acrylic prints are delivered with split batons which are easy to attach to your wall. The Art Mount Prints are very lightweight so relatively easy to hang.

- What quality can I expect my prints to be?

We use a professional printing lab in Melbourne Australia. Their quality control is very high and they use the best materials available for printing.

- What is your return policy?

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order that you have received and we can discuss options. We are here to help and if a print arrives damaged or you have any other issues please contact us within 1-3 days of its arrival.

- Will there be a watermark on my print?

The watermark shown on the images on the website will not be visible. The photographers name will be in small writing in the bottom right corner.
